Can you provide calorie counts for recipes?

This is something we get occasional requests for and we are definitely looking into it.

That said, I think there’s too much of a focus on counting calories and it seems to create a prison for people, and so I’m reluctant to put calorie counts on everything.

I would much rather people learn to eat intuitively and eat only when hungry, taking into account how they feel on a daily basis. To me, eating raw food, creating a natural, healthy lifestyle with a holistic philosophy doesn’t mix with worrying about counting calories.
