You can definitely lose weight with raw food.
We provide tips on living a raw food lifestyle, including recipes, lifestyle tips and how to generally make raw food part of every day life.
We don't currently specialise in helping people lose weight, although we do receive many emails a week from people telling us they are doing just that.
Raw food is naturally low in calories, so integrating more of it into your lifestyle will undoubtedly help if you changed nothing else. But of course, if you can also start with some low impact exercise, that would be amazing for you too.
